My hubby bought me an exceptionally gorgeous solitaire necklace while visiting Scottsdale this last week. I was extremely impressed with Sarah A. and how she handled our experience there. While waiting for my necklace to be steamed and packaged; we enjoyed some champagne that is specifically made for Cartier. Cartier is an experience and Sarah represented the brand without a doubt. I'm madly in love with my necklace and my hubby. Thanks Cartier! Can't wait to see you next time.

Went in specifically to look at the love ring collection. Was really excited, as this is a future wedding band. After briefly speaking to a worker about the collection, I thought they didn’t allow anyone to try on since he didn’t offer and only explained the different ones in the collection. Shortly after, a couple walks in & a worker immediately asks her ring size and offers her to try on rings. Unfortunately this store profiles their customers and it made me not want to purchase anything from them in the future. My boyfriend really liked a fragrances here & we almost purchased one, but we were just overall really disappointed in the experience at this store today so we didn’t.

I recently visited the Cartier store to get a different size for my wedding ring and had an exceptional experience! The ambiance was elegant and luxurious, perfectly reflecting the brand's heritage. I was underwhelmed after purchasing a bracelet from Cartier. When the piece repeatedly had clasp issues (something they even identified as a “design flaw”) the store was slow to fix or replace the piece. It has been in for repair 3 times. After the last repair which took over 3 months, the rep couldn’t even tell us what was done to the bracelet. When told that was good enough the employee called back with a new story.

In my experience:
1. The jewelry fails
2. The service group at Cartier is less than accommodating and in no rush to fix the piece.
3. Their stories change repeatedly.

I have proof and notes of everything written in this review.

I will NEVER buy anything from the Scottsdale “boutique”. I’m guessing that boutique is French for store with poor service

Worse customer service ever, and I have been to a few around the world! My daughter got a ring for her 18th birthday and picked a size that she thought would work for her. Came home and decided that maybe she wants a size smaller. This was Friday after thanksgiving. Leaves for College (did not take the ring) on Sunday and comes back home for Christmas holidays on Dec. 13. We leave for our family trip and return home on 22nd.

That’s when she takes the ring back in 23rd to get the exchange, and is told they can’t exchange it because of wear. I am not sure what wear as the ring can’t show wear sitting in a box. Except a couple of hours of having used it for the day she purchased it.

Bottomline is they say 30 day policy for return exchange, but they will find an excuse not to help you. Taking it to corporate now, for me it’s not the value of the ring it’s the wrong principles that they are providing service as the brand.

Plus, the entire crew & customer service at this store is horrible. They just stand and look at you as if they are invisible. I am not mentioning my sales persons name, but I just happened to notice other bad reviews.
