Carpet One contracted to replace flooring in our restaurant kitchen. We gave them a credit card to pay the initial deposit ($2,520). The majority of the work was done in late May. Without completing the work, and without authorization from us, they charged the balance quoted in original contract to my credit card ($2,554). I have called them seven times in the past four months asking them to complete the work or refund the charges. The owner, Justin, agreed several times to return and complete the work, but they never showed up and eventually stopped returning my phone calls. Because the workmanship was faulty and incomplete, there is a trip hazard between two floor sections and the tiles installed in that area have already started to crack. Beware of giving this company your credit card number. Beware that their work is shoddy and, despite promises made on their website, beware they do not guarantee their work.

My husband and I went to Carpet One and asked if they stretched carpeting and they said they did. However, they didn't get back to us so I called them. The man said he would check the reason out and get back to me. All I wanted was the job done. The first person told me it would cost between 3 and 4 hundred dollars. We didn't care, we wanted it fixed. But they didn't get back to us either! They have a great place but they evidently only do jobs that don't require much work. They could have at least said they didn't have time instead of just ignoring us!

This is a great place if you're looking for any type of flooring. They have so many selections, pet proof flooring, healthy flooring options for kids, and so many different styles. Customer service is great and they explain everything you need to know about installation. I highly recommend coming here
