Shipping took over two weeks. When I emailed them about it their customer service was ok at best. They offered no help or anything to my situation. Then I get the candle and it smells nothing like campfire when lit. When lit it smells no different than a cheap dollar store “scented candle”. I’m super bummed about the whole experience. Needless to say I’ll never order anything from them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone ever. What a waste of almost $30 in the end.

I bought the Pumpkin Caramel Crème candle and it smelled sooooo good. When I noticed that the wax was getting low, I ordered 2 tins and one large jar of the same scent. I'm obsessed with the scent. I will stay stocked up on it.

I ordered in November and needed the order by December 17th. They were short handed, due to overwhelming demand, and I had to end up cancelling the order. I received my refund quickly and I thought that was that. A week later the company ended up shipping the products I ordered anyway. The products were great! That is how customer service is done, people!!!!!
