Bought a 30k travel trailer at this location. Two months later, I still have not received plates or registration. They tell me a company handles this for them and I even paid extra for this service. They will not give me the name of this company or provide me any answers.

Had a great experience Chris Long is the best in the biz. And his buddy Anson helped me out greatly as well. The entire team from beginning to end was accommodating helpful, and found exactly what I need. Chris started by asking me what I was looking for and what price range I was in and we found it within15 minutes on the lot. But he showed me both more and less expensive for comparison. Chris is so smart. He picked the perfect one. The first one he showed me.

We have had a great experience working with Camping World Las Vegas on the purchase of our new fifth wheel. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and engaging. But our salesman Anson was TOP TIER fabulous. We had gone in a few months ago to browse. He spent a great deal of time with us and was exceptionally patient and kind while we essentially just window-shopped. He asked questions about what we liked and how we would be spending time in the unit. When we left, he thanked us for coming in and did not put any pressure on us to make a decision that day. We enjoyed him so much that first visit that we kept his card and made sure we asked for him when we went back last week. And he was the same engaging, delightful, patient, kind man we had experienced the first time. We were so happy we came back. He listened to our needs, he heard our considerations surrounding our options and he truly cared about us having a good experience and understood what a significant investment we were making. We ended up with a fabulous unit at a fair price. THAT is the way you do business. And Camping World....you should do whatever you need to do to keep Anson and guys like Anson around....your bottom line will thank you!

I was very excited about my appointment to buy a new camper. Unfortunately the sales staff wasn't very excited. In fact, I waited around 45 minutes and never spoke to a salesperson. Why make the appointment if you aren't prepared to assist a serious customer. We left and drove over to Johnny Walker RV. With no appointment we were assisted right away and purchased a beautiful Mini Winnie. Sometimes it's all about professionalism and customer service.

We’ve owned several RVs and trailers over the years, and we decided to buy a new trailer from Camping World this year—and it’s been a nightmare from the start. Camping World told us their service department is great, and that convinced us to purchase from them. But what we got is a brand new trailer with a slew of problems—the furnace doesn’t work, staples punctured the top of the kitchen counter, among other things.

We brought it back after a single trip for repairs, thinking the service department would handle things. We went weeks without any update, even after several calls. Just to be told that they couldn’t even get the trailer operational for the trip we bought this trailer for this holiday. If we wanted to have a working furnace in an our brand new trailer for our trip, we’d need to pay thousands out of pocket!

Horrible customer service. If this is how new customers who bought a new trailer are treated, I can’t imagine how other customers fare. Please consider other options, because if you can’t get reasonable service, it’s just not worth it. We have a friend who had similar experiences, and I wish I would have listened and gone with a different dealer. Now we’re stuck with a “new” trailer with a ton of problems—and who knows when, if ever, it will be fixed. We already submitted complaints with corporate and some state groups. It’s just such a sad experience for our family this holiday season.

I have never met a more charming, accommodating, sweet, or just completely beautiful soul than the little lady named Danielle who works in the Camping World RV accessories store in their main building. She is just incredible at her job and a really honest hardworking person. Thank God that people like her still exist in the customer service and retail fields or I'd never shop in a store if I didn't have to.
