Absolutely the worst company to work with in the stone industry. As a contractor I buy hundreds of slabs and my experience with Cambria was a nightmare. Their sales pitch boasts a sense of comfort that if something goes wrong they will warranty their mistakes rather than try to slide through the cracks and push off a claim.

I have nothing good to say about this company. I will NEVER sell their product again and if I hear a client, friend, relative, co business owner mention their name I will do everything I can to give them the insight on how this company works so they can make their decision accurately.

Do better Cambria. Times are good in this market but they won't always be. If you lack basic customer service knowledge you will be out of the job once the market dips. Best of luck to your careers.

We visited the Cambria showroom in Ft Lauderdale yesterday to begin planning for a kitchen renovation in New York.

Yuliya Yankova guided us through the process, showing us slabs in the showroom and in the warehouse, an amazing variety. She explained the differences in surface finish as well in the thickness of the slabs, which was an eye opener.

When we finally narrowed our potential choices she provided links for us to send for samples.

We could not have been more pleased. An amazing place, and amazing service.

Remodeling a kitchen can be a daunting task. Selecting the perfect countertops is a challenge. Based on the quality of their products and their customer service, I chose Cambria for my quartz. I couldn't possibly have chosen which design to select without seeing the slabs in person. I chose to go the Cambria showroom in Dania Beach, FL. I cannot put into words how incredibly well I was treated by everyone, particularly by Yuliya Yankova! Yuliya is extremely knowledgeable about the entire Cambria line. She was also so kind and patient as I made multiple trips to the showroom in an effort to make a decision. Yuliya also kept me informed when new designs were released. My final choice was Cambria Windsor Brass Satin Ridge, which is being installed tomorrow. My sincerest thanks to Yuliya for making my choosing the perfect quartz a great experience!

She went out of her way to show us several slabs, more than one of which were not what we originally requested to see. She was professional and knowledgeable, as well as showed patience and support as we are trying to maneuver our way through the countertop selection process. What a fantastic experience dealing with Kelly & Yuki at Cambria. They went above and beyond to show us entire slabs even though we were only doing a small guest bathroom. They were professional with knowledge off the charts. Our local fabricator gave us a hard time so we had to go back to Kelly and look at another selection but She showed endless patience with us.
When we do our next larger project there’s no place we’d even think of going other than Cambria in Ft.Lauderdale because of Kelly.
