They do not sell products directly to consumers here. They simply teach you about Cambria and guide you in your process. Since they do not charge you anything, do not take commission, and do not sell you anything, it is the perfect place to go if you're considering new countertops. Their honest approach, free and string-free expertise, American-made products, and lifetime guarantee mean I will go back whenever I want to update a bathroom, bar or kitchen area, and will recommend this place to anyone. When you go, ask for Emily. She is the most knowledgeable, straight-forward, helpful floor manager you will find in any field. She had different designs for us to view and suggestions for how to approach our project. I cannot recommend this place enough.

*update* we went with Cambria Ridgegate to match our cherry cabinets. Understated and exactly what we were hoping for. Emily was great and recommended Benjamin Moore Country Life 1490 for us to paint our kitchen island. It matches perfectly. Thanks again Emily!

Last week, we explored the "countertop corridor" in/near Elk Grove Village, visiting various manufacturers' and distributors' showrooms. One stop was Cambria. We were really impressed by their approach to showcasing countertop options: displaying full slabs in a showroom filled with natural light. You can really get a detailed look at each option.

Enhancing the experience even further was their sales representative, Jacklyn— knowledgeable about the product and possessing a keen eye for design. Her expertise made our visit informative and even inspiring.

Marina Galassi, the Showroom Manager, was a professional, helpful, design expert and so very patient with us. She helped us in a way that was organized, efficient and exciting. She quickly saw what type of designs we were attracted to and helped us make a decision about our countertops that we felt great about. We called her several times and she responded immediately. My husband and I stopped by the Cambria Showroom in Elk Grove Village this morning requested by our installer, Victor (Jimmy Stone). We are remodeling the kitchen after 23 years. We had Cambria counters years ago too and have loved them. They just needed to be updated and then going to add full height backsplash too. We met Emily Norkiewicz at the front desk. She was so welcoming, kind, caring, and very knowledgeable. ( also, smelled real good too). 😉She explained how the company and their products work. Next, She showed us quartz samples on ones we were interested in and even showed a few more she thought we would like. After finding one, Emily went in the back to see if they had a full slab of it for them to pull out for us to see how it really looks. Last time (23 years), I only had a choice of 5 colors and very small samples. Emily made this experience so exciting for us! We even learned some new things about Cambria.
