Did not love the customer service. We walked in looking for a paddle board and kayak and they just kinda stared at us and then told us they didn’t have any available (No big deal) so we decided we’d just get two kayaks. Then the guy stared at the computer for a while and told us they actually do have a paddle board. I had a slight kink he didn’t really know how to work the computer system. Our friends were also going to rent something and one girl sat on the couch and just watched as they just waited there in line. After about 5 minutes she got up and started ringing them up. Another girl working was on the phone and to say the least it wasn’t the most professional. They are college students but I was really annoyed with the casual and little regard they had for the customers. Besides the service, the gear was perfect and functioned awesome. It’s not brand new and they have scratches, but it’s just from being used.

The tire pressure with the bike I had reserved did not have sufficient tire pressure. Finally got it resolved after a good 1/2 hour. Customer service could have been much better.

We rent gear here for company parties. Mo They always have a substantial amount of whatever we need. Prices are good. Equipment is well taken care of. Recently rented 25 tubes to float the Warm River. Last year rented 2 rafts to float the Hoback. No problems either times. Trailers available too. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly

Great place for rentals! We rented three tubes and took them to warm river and it was amazing. I’m glad that this place exists. The tall guy who was working was really nice and found a zip lock baggie for me to put my phone in. Thanks dude! Nice people and good stuff here!!

My family rented out a TON of things for a family reunion. (Two 10 person paddle boards, two 8 person rafts, two 2 person floats, two canoes) Rented in advance, so everything would be loaded onto trailers and ready for us so we could simply show up, hitch the trailers, and head out.
When we showed up at our reservation time we were informed that someone didn’t show up for work so we would have to load everything up ourselves.
Obviously this was a freak thing, and I understand last minute call-outs, but if that one person was supposed to show up and load all of those things, by the time they didn’t show up for work that was enough time to call us and let us know about the change of plans.
This ended up adding an hour and a half to our departure time. Which meant we got caught in a flash thunderstorm on the river 10 minutes before the end of the float with my grandparents and also lots of young kids. Luckily everyone was okay, but it was a dangerous situation that could have been avoided entirely by the ORC reaching out to tell us we would need to arrive earlier to assist in loading our things, or even the employees helping us load up. Had we left when we were supposed to everyone would have ended the trip happy, healthy, dry, and we could have avoided a lot of panic and tears.
THEN when we returned, absolutely drenched and ready to return items, they wanted us to wait for them to reinflate everything to check that it was fine, adding even more unnecessary time to our experience.
We did end up receiving a discount, but overall the experience was extremely disappointing. As a BYUI student myself it was embarrassing to have my school represented so poorly to my family. My recommendation is to prepare for everything to go wrong. Their prices are good and I love the school but you can’t count on it being a positive experience.

good Equipment for the most part. never rent their snowboard boots. EVER. they are bad. kelly canyon has better boot rentals. their snowboards are good and kinco gloves are a steal. The cust. service seems random in terms of quality. some of the staff know their equipment well. others only know the bare minimum if that.

I had a terrible experience where they fixed my bike and it took them over a month to do it. Before you give them your bike you give them a limit on how much your willing to spend on repairs and if they go over they will call you. I put a limit of $45 and 1 month later they call and say it's all done. The guy then tells me it'll be $85. They never called me to confirm that. Didn't listen to me. I was forced to pay and they said there's no other way. Never go here it's a huge scam. I wish I could give them no stars. I want my money back.

I know that there was a lot to do to it. But let me know that it's going to be almost doubled what we agreed to. I called 3 times in the month and no one bothered to tell me the price. Your guy there said he'd give me refund but told me it will still cost me $40 to put it back to where we had it. So if you're telling me a complete refund then fine. But I'm not giving you $40 to take apart your mess up.
