The showroom is good and staff there are patient and nice. However when I was trying to book some niche over phone, the customer service hangup the phone right after I told her my card number, without a second for me to ask about receipt, when to pick up etc. It was so abrupt I thought she accidentally hangup, so I called back and she was like you’ve already paid you should go. I was shocked by impatience.

Bullnose Tile is a great store. Ample parking and a large easy to explore selection of tiles. It is very busy there because it's so good. We found the tile we wanted, hopped in line, told one of the many cashiers what and how much we needed, and drove 30 minutes south to their warehouse in Morgan Hill to pick up our tile. Easy!

Great place to buy tiles ,they have a FANTASTIC SHOWROOM!!over 50 built.in showers, with plentiful tile choices ,great customer service and great returns with no restocking fees liek the other greedy tile stores ..I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!

Looking to remodel our bathrooms and this is the best place to buy all the floor and wall tiles for our project. Their selection is extensive. Be prepared to be overwhelmed. More importantly, men are to bring their wives so that you can both agree of your choices. We've visited twice now. Today, we spoke with Ralph who was tiling a shower display. He gladly educated us on the benefits of the Schluter products. He offered more tips for us to properly make a decision as to how to move forward with our project. Our third visit will most likely be a purchase of some products.

They have a decent number of options for tiles. Not the most helpful of folks but overall good customer service. Would certainly recommend them for the bathroom tiles. We were happy with the options and their return policy too.

Rude and horrible customer service! Be aware if you order things not in stock. They don't care once they take your money.
Came for a few times to check out their tiles, had good impression with them, but I regretted after I ordered from them. I was told the tiles I ordered will arrive by end of March. When the time came, I still didn't receive any message from them so I went to the store directly to check for the status. It was on a weekday noon, they were not that busy as the weekend. The salesman with white hair and white beard told me the tiles won't be coming until April 9, which is another two weeks. When I tried to explain my contractor will not be able to help me install the tiles after two weeks, he impatiently stopped me by saying, "April 9 is April 9, there's nothing we can do!" Then he ignored me and called for the next customer. What kind of customer service is that? It's your fault that delay my order. No apologize, no explanation, no shame. I ended up refund the title next day, will avoid them in the future.

Went here to find some corner trim pieces for a remodel. Their selection is huge. They even got small sample pieces you can go off of. I usually go to homedepot for these items but feel reluctant to go to this type of places because in my mind I think these places are only for big jobs and contractors but that’s not the case. I bought 4 pieces and they were more than willing to help. Don’t be afraid to try.
