I worked with the Washington, D.C. branch of Build Design Center to completely renovate our bathroom. From design to final punch list items, their whole team was great and I am very satisfied with the final results. I don't really enjoy shopping and home design, so was very happy that their talented designer Emre and his assistant could specify everything needed with one visit to their showroom. Once construction began, project manager Sertac and construction supervisor Wilson were amazing. Sertac dropped by regularly and would come over almost immediately if I had a question or concern. Wilson is an intelligent problem-solver who kept things on track with inventive ideas and attention to detail. I am already planning to hire them again for a second bathroom renovation project!

We were looking to replace our bathtub/showers with walk-in showers in our two bathrooms at a reasonable price without skimping on quality. We went to BDC Kitchen and Bath Design and found we could do what we wanted at a price we could afford.
The design was done together with us and we had many different options available. We picked quality materials and a design we really liked.
After the design, BDC began the project led by Sertac and a crew of very competent workers. The workers were respectful of our home, cleaned up on a regular basis while installing the two showers, removed the old bathtubs and were able to spare our tile floors without any damage. Both bathrooms were completed in about 3 weeks, and we are quite pleased with the end product. The workers were efficient, competent and were able to complete any requests we made during the process. When completed, they did a final clean-up and also did some painting to a wall that was slightly damaged. We are VERY PLEASED with the entire process.l We would recommend BDC to anyone.
