Tried to leave a review on there feed. But wouldn't let me. Compared to the competitor it's not even a context. Made me feel welcome. The young man running the front is answering..came to my home the next day, Got air in my tire so I could get to their shop. Got my tire's done paid and out the door. There competitor didnt even come close in treating me this good. The competitor tried to charge me almost $100 to drive 3 blocks from my house to there shop almost wanted to charge me triple the price of Brunel's. I'll never go back to L-S again horrible. Did not make me feel welcome when I went there about a month ago. So take my advice save time and money and get treated like your money matters and you matter go to Brunel's. Class act A+ ✝️

I had to tow my 2017 crossover in to have the alternator replaced because I knew that was where the issue lies. These cunce call me the next day saying “oh it just needed a battery charge and the alternator is testing fine” so reluctantly I went to pick it up knowing the root issue was still there. I pick up the car yesterday morning and give it to my fiancé to take to work. She calls me, cars all effed up and barely driving. (Right after it was completely cleared by the mechanics at Point S) so we take it back down to Point S and they take a look for 5 minutes “clear the code” and say it’s all good and clear my vehicle a second time in two days. Last night I went on a drive and the car completely died while driving. I absolutely love it when the “professionals” are so incompetent. After going in for the third time in three days and demanding a new alternator they quote me $700 on the part which is no more than $350 new and $300 for the service. Cunce across the board. I’ll be shipping my car across the state where the mechanics don’t have extra chromosomes. Thanks for nothing.

Jeff and the team in the shop went over and beyond to diagnose and fix the ESC issue with my car. Showed up at 10AM and they had the diagnosis and had me back on the road before noon! Highly recommend them to everyone! Top Shelf!

After an oil change with them, a plastic screw of my undercarriage shield has been lost. They did not bring the issue up with me either. The dangling shield has lowered the MPG of my 2020 Prius XLE AWD.

I'm very happy with Bruneel Point S! My car needed struts replaced and they offered the most affordable price in town. Their actual price ended up being much less than the original estimate, AND on top of that they are the ONLY place in town that partners with Costco Car insurance to give you 15% off all auto work.
They also let me bring my car back a week later for a free diagnostic, since something was still alittle off with the wheels, and they replaced the parts without charging for labor (I used my Costco 15% off deal again).
