I had a great experience, making a couple purchases and Bob’s discount in Bangor. The selection was great, pricing was very good, but my sales person and her supervisor I thought was the best part of my experience while shopping at Bob’s furniture. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. Definitely will be returning when I’m in need of any furniture in the future!! Five stars, thanks ladies!!

We went in to look at some furniture and just browse. The salesman that we dealt with was very nice but he hovered the whole time and just kept asking us questions after questions even though we told him we were just browsing. He kind of forced us to talk about what we were looking for even though we told him that if we needed help we would ask for it. I have to agree with other reviewers that they do not leave you alone. They follow you around and hover. We hadn't eaten anything yet so we decided to go get lunch and discuss it and he offered to price up some things we were interested in and I said okay and he said he would email them to me. We did see a couple tables we were interested in. I got the email and we were shocked to see the price we were quoted was not the price that was at the store, the price quoted was $200 more than the store and they were going to charge us a $250 delivery fee. We've got furniture from many different furniture stores over the past 10 years and I've either had free delivery or only paid $50 for delivery. One other story had something completely identical and it was $50 more in price and they had free delivery. I even went online to a different furniture store and found the same thing and their delivery was only $ 60. Another hard part was trying to navigate through the dining show area, everything was squashed right together and you had to move things just to get by. And the store is very large and very open minus that area. I'd rather shop elsewhere.

Positives - clean store and the sales guy was very nice. I just feel bad for these sales people who are trained to jump on you as soon as you come through the door, I know they work on commission but it just doesn't work for me to be jumped on and hovered over. Welcome me, ask what I'm looking for, OFFER help, don't hover and demand to help. Let me breathe and look around for even 5min

We desperately needed a new couch, so I finally bit the bullet and went to Bobs in Bangor. Zoe H was absolutely amazing. She wasn't pushy, dropped in when we looked like we may need help, and then made the purchasing process seamless. She was super nice and very helpful. I'd highly recommend them and especially her as your sales person!

Our salesman was Bill he knew his products in the store. Showed us everything in the size and shape and colors that we were looking for. All the staff were every professional and kind. I would recommend Bob discount furniture to anyone! Thanks again. Can't wait for the sectional to get here!

SCARBOROUGH LOCATION Jacob C is an excellent choice for choosing furniture. He knows everything there is to know about the products, as well as finance and delivery. Great personality and not pushy at all! Everyone I'm the Scarborough store was smiling and talkative. Great experience. Will send my friends and family to Bob's, recommended 10/10

Sydney was amazing , she was professional and understood exactly what we needed.. we went in just looking but found exactly what we needed. Whole process went smoothly and e en purchased another item after the sale and she managed to get it all together for same day delivery!!

Very helpful in finding us what we wanted and needed. Knew we only had so much space to work with, he brought a tape measure and helped point out the options that would work for us. Helped us customize the order with chairs we wanted because we didn't care for the ones that came with the set.

We were first asking about parts to repair an adjustable bed. One representative with parts was just amazing, very thorough. She checked every possibility, but unfortunately there were no replacement parts for our bed. We decided to buy a new base. The gentleman sales person, Esteban was wonderful. I am sad that we could not just get parts and repair, but the overall outcome was satisfactory. These two who helped us were great. I am grateful for kind and helpful customer service reps.
