Although this was my first Car, Wasim and his team was very helpful providing context on each and every small thing.

Onsite team: The team on the day of delivery, Kudos to them for making this day very special. They helped me capture best moments with my Family and ofcourse the Car. Appreciate the attentiveness of the team to provide even the smaller things like Pooja thali, Cake and coffee for my guests.

Note: I choose to Purchase the Car from Nagpur although I belong to Pune. All credits to Wasim and his team😊

Terrible experience. Very disappointed with the service center.
- Car apparently frisked out of service center without our knowledge and seen being driven in a rash manner in busy nagpur streets
- Unable to fix the air conditioning despite multiple complaints.
- Took car for repair but didn't finish work for 3 weeks due to lack of "parts"
- Spent an entire summer without AC in Nagpur summer heat as BMW airconditioning parts unavailable and had to be delivered from Germany

Service is very poor. We have major suspension leakage issue (both side leaking- BMW 520d) covered in warranty. They said it will take 10 days for parts to arrive. Now after 10 days, we are informed to wait another 10 days. This will of course damage our tyres as we continue using the vehicle. Really pathetic, other competitors are way better service. Unfortunately will have to avoid BMW cars due to such service.

I don’t know about the showroom
But I went there for ev charging and the guard says that the charger is not working where as the as said otherwise .
Ev charging is very crucial for all EV cars
The least the company can do is keep their app updated if its not working.

It was wonderful. I bought limo on 23rd .I visitted showroom for some more information about the functions of car. As usual Mr. Chaurasia and one Mr... Sorry, I fergot name ,were of great help to me. Many more functions were explained to me. Thanks.
