Words do not even come close to describe the gratitude I have for Tim, Kevin , Jeff and Stephanie. I missed the window to pick up my dry cleaning on Friday. I had a special even the next day. Tim came to the store on his day off (Saturday on which the business is closed ) and found my dress. In doing so there were some spots on the bottom of the dress I didn’t even know were there. Jeff and Stephanie worked diligently hard on getting those spots out for me on their day off! Kevin kudos to you your team they are efficient, detailed, and most importantly kind. Thank you all for your kindness, generosity and the best customer service.

So far I'm on week 7 of trying to have them fix a button on my work pants. They deliver uniforms that aren't for my work then leave them there miss delivered for at least a week. I alone with other co workers are missing shirts and pants. Don't use these guys

Ridiculously disorganized in the warehouse!! I get sheets that I never ordered, incorrectly sized sheets, and sometimes items that are greatly needed are completely omitted from the order. I am in charge of 9 cabins at my job, all of which are stocked with linens from blue ribbon, and all depend on the competency and consistency of the people putting the orders together. It's extremely frustrating that my job is so affected by people who can't do theirs.

Real bad experience. Not once but repeatedly. My rep was real anxious to get our business and after the dispensers were installed service was disastrous. My rep would drop off items and not tell me, then invoice me as part of the "inventory control" that they provide. I would receive half cases when they were out of whole cases, I received product that was not compatible with my dispensers and my franchise store was charged as well as my store for both store's products. I received empty invoices because my rep didn't know what to charge me, so I had to call the company for my costs. When I cancelled my service, the rep never came for the dispensers, rags, mops etc so they sat In their disposable bag until the smell made me throw them out. The confusion was a nightmare to sort out. I still order because I don't want to rip all my dispensers out of my walls with a new vendor. I now only order when I need paper items. My last order I waited nearly two weeks until my delivery date only to be forgotten. If you have another option, take it. It can't bear worse then this company.

If you can use anyone else, do it. Seriously. Don't get me wrong, some people are very happy with their service. You just have to decide whether or not you're feeling lucky. If you are feeling lucky, I still suggest you have a backup plan for when they lose your property or bring you the wrong items and then tell you there's nothing they can do to help, but thanks for your business. Over and over and over.

I was looking and looking for someplace to have some large comforters washed, and finally found Blue Ribbon. We drove all the way into Lewiston just to take those and all of our sleeping bags washed. Super friendly people. I think the prices are kind of high, but then it's been a long time since I took anything to a laundry.

Turns out they have pick up points in towns closer to us! So, we can drop it off much closer and pick it up there when it's done. So glad to know that. I don't have much that I would take to the laundry but it's sure nice to have it available.

destroyed our Xmas rug. We turned in our rug to have it cleaned. we got it back and the white areas were blue. The back thread areas integrity was destroyed. When we took it back to have them rectify the situation. They said we signed a waiver that absolved them of responsibility. we never signed anything. in the past Blue ribbon was a place I would gladly recommend to other people. now there is no way I would ever recommend this place to people.
