Met Alan White at the Blinds Etc. booth at the Kootenai County Fair. He followed up and we set up an appointment for an estimate for the 9 windows we were looking to cover. He provided a written estimate with a no pressure approach. We had competitors also provide bids for the same work. We felt most comfortable with Alan & his son Dan and liked the timeline and pricing that they offered and decided to go with Blinds Etc. The install was seamless and timely for both the blackout blinds and plantation shutters. We bought blinds over 4 years ago ad have been very happy with them. Recently on of them broke. We called and they sent us a lable to return the product to the factory. We did, and in about 10 days we received the blind back completely restored! It was within the 5 year warranty period so there was no charge. We were very happy with that transaction and will use them again if the need arises,

We shopped around for months for someone who could fit our large windows! Alan and Mary were the only ones who could guarantee a large, top-down/bottom-up shade that does not sag in the middle! We have had three of the Hunter Douglas blinds up for a year now, and despite many visitors, dogs and kids, they still look brand new and function smoothly. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Alan’s emails with initial estimates were extremely helpful as he helped us achieve our budget with our preference of Norman Blinds. Alan drove about 2 hours to our new home to show us shade samples and window treatment options. Accurate field measurements were taken, the invoice prepared, and financial matters were settled. Our blinds arrived in about 2 weeks. Installation by the owner was seamless. We appreciate Alan’s professional expertise and coordination throughout our window shade project. Our window shades are beautiful, functional, and admired by all who see them!
