Perfect experience proving Blacker’s reputation is well-earned and consistent.
Mike pleasantly greeted us immediately upon entering the store. He was totally attentive without hovering. He listened to our needs, zeroed in on and guided us to exactly the right items.
Cannot compliment Mike and Blackers enough.
They are a “poster child” for customer service and couple that with product knowledge and quality products at soot on prices. Do Not miss this store when shopping for furniture, beds, appliances.

Blacker’s has sold us quality, stylish furniture. Purchased bed & mattresses, couch, end table, lamp, Lift Chair. Has provided excellent customer service. Delivered and connected new replacement remote for lift chair for disabled person the same day we called, within a short window of time. I cannot say enough. I highly recommend Blacker’s.

Mike the sales guy was, kind, professional, and very knowledgeable on the products they carry. Not pushy at all. Kathy, the service manager was great to work with. Overall, they seem to embrace an old school customer service model that makes the customer feel valued and appreciated. Hard quality to find these days!

My husband was in the hospital with end stage cancer complications. Since he was released he has been uncomfortable on the bed or on the couch.
This morning I called around looking for a recliner. Everyone said it would be two weeks.
Finally I called Blackers and was told that yes they have many recliners in stock. I went to the store, spoke to Mike and he hooked me up with the perfect recliner. And the chair was delivered before I even made it home! I will from now on start with Blackers and never shop anywhere else. Mike and the delivery crew went above and beyond what I expected.
You gained a loyal customer and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Truly life savers!! Thank you so much!

I really wonder what has happened to this place. I used to work at Blacker’s a little over twenty years ago. At that time the store was busy and the staff were helpful. We took pride in our jobs. However, the last couple of times we have been into the store the experience has been exceptionally poor. The most recent time takes the cake of just outright inattentive or unconcerned salespeople. My wife and I walked in to look at bedroom and living room furniture. We walked through nearly half the store without seeing a soul. Finally I saw one salesman reclined on a couch playing a game on his phone. He couldn’t be bothered. Then while we were looking at a sofa, I noticed a sales lady sitting in her phone staring at us. She was about fifteen feet away and hardly moved while we were commenting on a the sofa. We likely could have carried a sofa out the front door and not a person would have known or cared. We left and went to Romaine’s where we were promptly noticed and attended to. We bought stuff there instead. This does sadden me given what I know the store used to be.
