Amazing service, I really appreciate it. Remodeling my bathroom and needed shower tile. Had a very quick & easy time getting a quote (and a better price than another place I was talking to!), then ordered, and was kept in great communication on when it would arrive. It ended up taking longer than expected (not Beyond's fault) so they ended up delivering the tile directly to my house (40min away! When I was expecting to pick it up myself). Above and beyond service, incredibly appreciative given I work nearly 7 days a week and never would have had the time to pick it up for days after my contractor left. Thank you!!!

I went in looking, searching for some tiles for a specific job. They gave me a price I could not refuse. I would be shocked to see their competitors could go as low. Ask for the best they can do - then again! They will give you the best price on all their selections. Take my word for it.

What can I say Lev is great. No bs. Honest and straight forward gets you what you want and need. Can’t wait to post final photos. If you need tiles and want great prices but above all great customer service this is the place. I have referred dozen of our friends and neighbors who are doing remodels to them. Not one complaint. If you go somewhere else your wasting your time and money.

EDITED IN RESPONSE TO THEIR RESPONSE: they told me I’d need to return the tile on my own dime in order to get a refund (before they knew it was installed). I paid $200 just to ship it to me. Aka they didn’t truly offer to remedy anything. Secondly, I wasn’t on site to inspect the tile before installation, as I stated. I trusted that they were reliable enough to not falsely advertise tile on their website and obviously edit (white out) their photos to make their products to appear better than they are.

Beyond Flooring VERY falsely advertised a very expensive tile. Because their online reviews looked trustworthy, I purchased a large amount of it, paid the $200 shipping and had it sent right to the location of the project for the tile installer. Upon installation the product received is VERY clearly edited in their photos to appear whiter than they actually are. It is horrible false advertising. When I brought it to their attention they say they do not alter the photos they put on their site. That each batch is different. This cannot be “different batch” issue as it is very clearly in a pattern of gray and white flowers. When I pointed that out they then blamed me for already installing it and said if I hadn’t THEN they would have reached out to the *manufacturer* aka still not acknowledging their false advertising. I take responsibility for ordering blindly to my installer but I trusted Beyond Flooring not to lie on their site. I didn’t even expect a full refund just some accountability and acknowledgement on their end. Do NOT risk ordering from Beyond Flooring. They are dishonest and don’t take responsibility. You might end up losing thousands of dollars on a completely different product.

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this business. I placed an order and made several attempts to contact them by phone with no success. Due to the urgency of my tile order for my contractors, I decided to visit the showroom in person. Upon arrival, I found an employee on his phone who greeted me with, "What do you want?" I explained my situation, and he mentioned he needed to consult with his boss, Jay. Despite multiple calls and texts to Jay, I received no response. The employee then gave me Jay's phone number to contact him directly, but my efforts were also ignored.

Without any update on my order, I had to call to confirm it was ready for pickup. When I arrived, the same employee was again on his phone and only reluctantly assisted me. Another employee, who was also unhelpful, tried to load the tiles in a way that could cause damage. When I asked him to flip them, he did so with an eye roll and walked away without a word.

The overall attitude of the staff was unprofessional and unresponsive. The main issue is that Jay never replied to me. It's fine if they couldn't expedite my order, but at least they could have communicated that. I stressed over the entire weekend trying to figure out what to do. It seems Jay is more responsive to Google reviews than to his customers, as I only received a call from him immediately after leaving this review, claiming he was "out of the country and on vacation," which his employees never mentioned. This means they could have replied the whole time but chose to ignore me.

In summary, the customer service here is severely lacking, and I cannot recommend this business.
