I would shop elsewhere. The product they sell is great and of decent quality. But their sales people, purchasing process, return policy, and overall experience really out way doing business here. I was warned by three different contractors to shop elsewhere. I should have listened!

Im not sure what is happening at this place. Years ago, they wanted your business. They clearly prefer you shop elsewhere now. There is nothing remarkable about their product, and they go to extreme measures to make sure you understand how insignificant your time is to them. There are far many other better options in the immediate area to warrant wasting your time and money at Best Cheer Stone. Funny name, by the way, since everyone here is decidely UNcheerful.

I’ve been to this place already 3 times, each time the experience was worse than the time before. The salespeople are clueless and disinterested. Customer service is nonexistent. I had an appointment that I made the day before. When I got there at my scheduled time, they told me there was no appointment apparently because the person I spoke to decided not to write it down. I waited for 1 hour before I was able to get some help from James. He helped me for 10 minutes & then without warning just walked away to help someone else. I was able to pull him away after another 20 minutes & he did the exact same thing again. After he tried to ignore me I managed to get his attention to get him to ring up the items that I chose. There were 3 items. He rang up one & then before ringing up the other 2, he told me he had to help another customer who had an appointment a 1/2 hour earlier (after I had already been there for 2 hours for my appointment!). He actually was so ADHD that he couldn’t even focus enough to finish ringing up my order! Incensed, I asked him when he will finish ringing it up. He says he needed to get the price from another rep & he’ll call me that afternoon, which he of course never did. It was a total waste of my time. Besides that, parking is horrible & their selection of anything else besides countertops is very limited & very overpriced , so having to deal with these spaced out unprofessional salesmen just made the experience that much worse. Very disorganized business totally devoid of any semblance of customer service ! Stay away!

i was told to go there by my contractor. Went on Saturday with every intention to purchase my kitchen counter tops. No other customers were in the showroom. There were 5 sales people in the store. No one approached me or asked if I needed help. Finally I made contact with an employee. Asked her if I could go into the warehouse, she said yes then walked away to busy on here cell phone. Very poor customer service, will not go back. Looking elsewhere for my counter tops.

This place has the worst customer service that I have experienced in a long time. I made an appointment for 2pm and when I got there no one could be bothered to even greet me. I asked about checking-in for an appointment and they told me to wait. I waited 40 mins before Chuck was willing to talk to me. During my appointment Chuck took calls, handled other business, answered the phone and even took off for a short period of time while I was waiting at his window.
When you ask customers to make an appointment, the expectation is that as a business you are respecting your customer's time and giving them your attention for that period of time. Chuck has horrible customer service skills and even made me wait while he went to tag slabs, get a manager’s signature for something else he was working on. Chuck even tended to walk-in customers in the middle of my consultation. I finally just left because I had enough. This is disrespectful at another level. I will never come back here again and I hope people in charge at this business take the time to read this, because there is no reason to treat customers like that. The number one rule in customer service is "take care of your customers, because if you don't someone else will"
Absolutely true in my case. Someone else can earn my business by simply being respectful of my time,but not this horrible business.
