This was the best shopping experience I’ve ever had in my life. My mom and came here looking for a dress for my daughter wedding. She help me find my dress in 15 mins took all my stress away. Bella Bridesmaids was the perfect spot for my bridesmaids dresses!! Christa helped make my vision come to life in creating a color palette with her beautiful and high quality designer dresses. My bridesmaids looked absolutely radiant in these dresses and received so many compliments! The dresses can most definitely be worn again for formal occasions and be given another life! Christa was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the whole process easy and seamless! She even helped my bridesmaids from New York/New Jersey order their dresses from their local Bella Bridesmaids and through the easy to use portal. Christa was quick to respond with any questions or concerns and give advice and guidance. Bella Bridesmaids also offers beautiful mother of the bride dress options. Wow, wow, wow! I had an absolutely fabulous experience at Bella’s Bridesmaids finding my perfect MOB dress. After trying to shop in the mall and on line, Bella’s saved me. I wish I had started there. I had my dress picked out in less than an hour. This was not because I was rushed, but because I gave them an idea of what I wanted ahead of time (just text on their online form) and they had a full selection of dresses that met my description. I was nervous that it was by appointment only, but it was the best situation. They were completely focused on me the entire appointment. They were welcoming, provided honest feedback, and I felt so good about my decision when I left. I felt even better when I received the dress earlier than estimated (but you probably shouldn’t bank on that). Most/all dresses are made to order and take several weeks/months to receive, so try to go early. They had to rush-order mine. They also have similar dresses in different styles so you can get one that fits your body type best. I didn’t outshine my daughter (of course), but I I did feel so beautiful on her wedding day.

I was referred to come here by another location I stopped at while looking for a mother of the groom gown. There was a nice selection of gowns here and the service I received was outstanding. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the woman who helped me, but she was phenomenal and was so professional, patient, and recommended gowns I would probably not have chosen, but when I put them on they were perfect. It was a difficult decision as I liked so many I tried on. I did wind up buying two gowns; one for the welcome party and one for the day of the wedding. I am beyond pleased with the service I received, the selection of gowns available to me to try on, and the entire process of when I was welcomed to the showroom to the end of my almost three hour visit. I never felt rushed or made to feel like I was wasting her time. It was a terrific way to spend my afternoon and I am so pleased that I found not one but two gowns for a very special wedding. Honestly I was not incredibly happy with this Bella Bridesmaids. While our contact was incredibly quick to respond and helpful while onsite (I went with my sister MOH to try on dresses), they were fairly unhelpful when it came to key issues at hand. My sister MOH received a Jenny Yoo dress that was completely dysfunctional - the top part of the dress was sewn on wrong. When she asked to receive a new dress they gave her a bit of hassle and then ended up providing the dress very late and refused to help offset any of the fees for inconveniencing. They just told her of a seamstress that could "get it done quickly". It's also worth noting the dresses onsite for Jenny Yoo here are very worn and don't come in many colors for trying on which is unfortunate, but I understand that's just the model of these types of brands. It's also worth noting they told my sister they would ship her the dress for free because she was pregnant, but never did and made her come to pick it up. Overall I wish I would have just had my bridesmaids orders directly from Jenny Yoo or have picked a different company like Revelry which has equally quality dresses and avoid all of the hassle and sub-par customer service. The dresses were GORGEOUS but revelry is incredibly comparable, much cheaper, and significantly better customer service (I ordered for a wedding I was in but went this route because I expected better service).

I had a bit of a unique vision with my (10!) bridesmaids, where I wanted them to reflect the colors of the sunset in the location of our destination wedding in Guatemala (see photos below for sunset, and bridesmaids dresses). I also wanted all of my ladies to feel comfortable and amazing in their dresses, which meant all different colors and all different styles, while trying to stay on budget! Christa was a God send. She let me come into the store and play with dress after dress, set up appointment after appointment until everything was perfectly planned out. I went into my wedding day feeling confident that my girls were not only going to look amazing, but feel amazing all thanks to the exceptional customer service from Bella Bridesmaids.
