Hector and Jorge were the most punctual, congenial and efficient movers I have experienced. EVER. They moved a heavy piece up a flight of stairs without touching wall or having a misstep. They placed the pieces exactly where I requested, u wrapped them, assembled the hutch and did it with a smile. I give them a superlative excellent rating for their entire vibe. THANK YOU!

Great furniture store. Well layed out with helpful, knowledgeable sales agents. If you can't find what you want there they can get it for you. May take a while and not cheap but the quality is worth it.

First be prepared to spend an entire day here. They are huge, idk they had 4 buildings. But the staff is really nice and attentive. It's not like a car's salesperson, where they are on top of you. They greet you and give you space and time to roam around and look. Suzanne and Kam were our 2 sales associates and they were both really good! They have really good pieces and prices in all 4 showrooms. Personally I liked the outlet because you can find some great stuff that is heavily discounted. We got our first home and didn't want to break the bank with a $5000 sofa. Also you can shop at all the showrooms together. We got a dining table + 6 chairs, sectional sofa, and mattress from the outlet and the bed set from the main showroom. Btw, go when you need to buy in bulk - they charge a flat shipping rate. And if you buy a mattress, shipping is free. Loved our experience and will be going back again.

After years of buying cheap couches, and now that our kids are a little older and more responsible, we decided to put the money into a nice leather sectional. We spent $3000 and took a couple of days walking around the store deciding, imagining and comparing. The shopping experience was good, the salesman was nice and very helpful. The salesman talked us through the warranty, which we decided to purchase. We had to wait about 8 months to take delivery of the couch, but that was the pandemic's fault.

The expensive leather couch had been in our house for about 6 months and ripped in 3 places, along the seams between the back cushions and the back of the couch. We called the warranty company, they took 2 months to get out to our house, and another 2 months to email us to tell us that this type of "stress tears" are not covered under the warranty, and not fixable.

So long story short, we bought a $3000 couch, used it in the exact intended way (no jumping on the couch, etc), and within a year it's ruined and not covered under warranty. Shoddy craftsmanship, shoddy warranty company, shoddy customer support. I am extremely disappointed in this experience. Get a couch somewhere else.

Belfort carries high quality furniture at reasonable prices. The Outlet/Clearance center is always worth checking out as good deals can be found there, and the furniture is ready for delivery immediately, as opposed to a multi-week (or multi-month!) wait.
