I stopped in today for the first time. I found the store to be inviting and well organized. Tim Boyd offered to help me right away. I've gutted and began remodeling a home. I had certain ideas of what kind of floor I wanted. Tim showed me several options that were so much better, easier to install and approximately the same price.

We were very pleased with Battleson’s Flooring. After some problems emerged with our new floor, the manufacturer refused to stand by their warranty. Battleson’s, however, provided new flooring so we could replace the defective one. They made sure we were happy with our floor. We appreciate their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. The installers were respectful and professional. They always cleaned up, and left everything looking great.

I ordered a patterned carpet for my stairs that I loved! Unfortunately, I hadn’t realized that with a pattern carpet you better make sure your walls are plum. When the installer was done, I looked over the railing and saw that the carpet on the landing looked so crooked! They said they couldn’t do anything because of the walls. What?!! I called Battlesons and Justin came out to take a look and said he’d do his best to fix it. Well, he was able to (not easy either) and he was amazing to work with! Thank you Justin for caring...and working so hard to fix it!

I thought we purchased quality work. I was very wrong, I have seams pulling up all over my house and it’s not even two years old. My homes carpet looks like it was pieced together by a toddler. Please do yourselves a favor and don’t use this company. There installers are horrible at their job. Never again will I even step foot in there store.

We built a new home and went through Battleson’s for our flooring and hard coverings. They worked with us to find great products at a price we were happy with. Our floor is and tile turned out awesome! I can’t say enough how much we appreciated Kelly for coming out and repairing some of our seal around the tub. They took care of us every step of the way. I would recommend them for all your flooring and tile needs!!

Great service in store. And happy with the product itself. But installers themself I was not happy with. Mad that they had to move appliances ( with the dolly we provided). Threw my brand new ( $300) vanity into my bathroom shower. Not good attitudes at all. Their 1 hour lunch break turned into 2 1/2 hour lunch with no explanation. Would be fine but we took work off for this.

These guys did an amazing job for us! Their prices were extremely competitive and their service was top notch. The installers paid attention to every detail and left clean, finished edges. The store staff were excellent at helping us understand our options and the pros and cons of each. Highly recommend Battleson flooring!

We exclusively used Battleson to carpet our new home almost two years ago, and are still thrilled with it. Because of our positive experience, we recommended them to my aging mother. She had a few issues after a year with sagging, mostly due to the shape of her room and the type of carpet she chose but they came right out and stretch the carpet free of charge....and were super friendly, helpful, and kind with my mother. Excellent products and customer service!
