I initially had a consultation for two bathrooms two years ago and didn’t end up going through with it, I’m finally ready to put my foot down for one of the project and Bathfitter had made the whole process very easy . They still counted my deposit money two years ago and was able to keep the price. The whole installation was smooth and only took one day and they converted our tub to walk in shower. We love the new shower and there’s few minor touch ups after installation but they were responsive , quick to schedule and own up to it. I will use Bathfitter again when I’m ready for my other bathroom update. Customer service is top notch. Thank you Bathfitter.

Bath Fitter of Fresno designed and installed a handicap accessible bathroom for my parents, and every step of the process was 5 star. The end product was beautiful, and done in 2 days time. But from the very start we were impressed. Our sales rep JJ walked our family through all the features and designs, and made sure that the setup was exactly what my parents needed. Our installer was named Joe and he was great to work with, and were true problem solver. Each member of the team was very down to earth and easy to work with. It was clear they wanted to do the best possible job for my parents. Highly recommend their team and their work speaks for itself!

Mike Tafoya completed our install. We had a bathtub/shower combo. We had Bathfitters install a shower, only with some handicap friendly features. Mike was professional, efficient, very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. We are so happy with the finished product. Thank you

Scotty and his partner gave me the most Beautiful and functional shower! With my old one - I was afraid to move for fear of falling. This one has a rippled flooring that makes me feel secure. It has a Wonerful shower head and is So Easy to turn on and off. It also has grab bars conveniently placed for more security.
I would definitely recommend Bath Fitters for a High Quality bathing experience! And For fast quality work!!

Omg I LOVE my new shower. It’s funny when you get so excited about the outcome of a shower because you never really know how it will turn out. I can’t wait to try my new walk in shower. My sales person, John Troxel was very on top of the services they provide and actually listened to what I wanted and never pressured me in getting something I didn’t want. The installers Joe and Scott were amazing. They were very detailed and took their time to make sure they did everything right. They were so nice. The work they did was so Professional! I definitely would use this team again if I needed another shower. Thank you so much guys. I am very pleased.

New walk-in shower is attractive and works really well. Glad the old tub is gone. It was a pleasure to discuss the project with JJ, and Mike did a great job installing the new shower. Abel made sure any and all concerns were taken care of - to include those unrelated to the project because I have been wanting to fix other stuff in the home. Thanks for the references and advice! Bath Fitter found a way to extend the rain shower head and they also cleaned up after themselves. Thank you.

Bath Fitters, have done a phenomenal job in remodeling my family’s bathroom. The process was quick and easy as the project manager came out to look at the bathroom and discuss possible bathroom designs fitted for my family’s needs. The installation only took 2 days which I think is really fast and convenient. The team who help put all of this together was polite and courteous. Overall, having a new bathroom remodel improves the safety for my love ones and I’ll definitely recommend Bath Fitters to anyone looking for a new bathroom remodel.
