Went to a networking event tonight at Bang & Olufsen in Winter Park. PLEASE go to this store!!! It is BREATHTAKING! I have loved B&O since I was a teenager but this showroom is phenomenal and the owners are the NICEST and most genuine people ever. Yes, the audio is the best on the planet, but the environment and design of the components is astonishing.

What an experience! From start to finish, the team at Bang & Olufsen went above and beyond to provide one of the best listening and purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. Justin helped me get my hands on the Beosound Stage and I couldn’t be happier with it. He also made me feel right at home and showed me all the other incredible products on display in the store. Do yourself a favor and listen to the Beolab 90s and 50s if you get a chance to. So happy to have gotten my Stage here, it works flawlessly and sounds incredible. Thanks Justin for all your help!

I purchased a 77” B&O tv, soundbar, and two Beolab 28s for my master suite from this store and cannot say enough about the exceptional professionalism and customer service I received. The set-up is a surprise for my “hi-fi nerd” husband for Christmas.

Adam was a pleasure to work with from start to finish; he kept me informed throughout the process, made informative recommendations which improved the overall aesthetic and sound quality, provided digital mock-ups for me to see the tv, sound bar and speakers in my space prior to purchasing, and personally ensured that the installation process was stress free (leaving my home as if he and his crew had never been there) while I was out of town.

Other B&O partners in the Winter Park area provided estimates for this exact home theater system at $10,000-$14,000 more than what I paid to B&O by working with Kristi and Adam directly.

I highly recommend this store and would not consider purchasing B&O products elsewhere.

If sound quality is what you're looking for there are no better products on the market for a true audiophile who needs the clarity and crispness that Bang and Olufsen products creat. If service in the southeast is what you're looking for, whether creating a new sound experience for yourself or working to upgrade your favorite vintage system, then THIS IS THE PLACE. I have spent hours with other techs and companies who told us there was no hope for our system. Literally after a few phone calls with Justin, our system is back online and letting us groove through our days. Seriously, our B&O system brings us so much joy and is the highlight of our evenings. Top tier customer care, knowledge and product line ensure that we will only be working with this location and the amazing people that know music is vital to good living. If you are in Florida or Georgia, this should be your first call!!! If I could give fifty stars I would.

If you are in the market for high end tv and audio systems, I highly recommend Bang & Olufsen in Winter Park. The owner, Tony, went out of his way to help us move our BeoVision Eclipse tv to our new home. He took great care to remove the tv from our old home and then perfectly measured the placement of the tv on the stone wall in our new home. He and his team were extremely professional. Since moving to our new home, everyone who enters the home comments on how great the tv looks. Thank you so much Tony!

If you are in the market for a new sound system and/or simply new speakers I can highly recommend B&O in Winter Park.
Aside from a great product and sound quality, Tony and team were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They listened, and based on our discussion made recommendations and demoed different options. Tony also helped with installation and with the initial set-up we now have a foundation to build on.
