First class experience. I decided to buy the car from Belfast and move it back over to England. I was picked up at the airport early doors by a great fella called Peter. The car was prepared very well and looks new. I feel confident that if I need to get in touch with Peter or the team about anything they will be there to help. My experience at Ballyrobert Bangor was a breath of fresh air. Having been to other major dealerships to look at cars and standing for 20 mins with nobody coming near me, the minute I set foot in Ballyrobert (and it was 10 mins before closing time) Mark was straight over asking if he could help me. I told him I was interested in a car and just wanted a Quick Look at the outside as it was so close to closing time. He insisted on going back in to get keys to let me get in and see the interior. Nothing was a problem for him. He was so helpful and friendly. I have recommended Ballyrobert to family for this very reason and since that my sister has been over and bought a car from them. Will definitely be back when I need my next car.

I phoned and got a quote for a diesel timing chain for my older Vauxhall Corsa. I was quoted £900 Inc VAT and told them all the information they needed including vehicle reg when I booked for the appointment. Appointment day arrives I go out of my way to drop car in early. I get phone call few hrs later stating " that they didn't realise it was a diesel car and to get the car now done would cost nearly £2000 and take 16 hrs to complete rather than 5-6 hrs as per quote!!!!" So basically their fault with communication as I provided everything they needed for the quote. They were no help at all and disregarded when I said I couldn't afford that. I had to pick up car obviously not done few hrs later. Disgusting customer service. Avoid!!!!

Horrendous experience with this branch. Brake light went out on my way home so rang to see if it can get replaced, was informed my car had a recall for the brake light connectors and they booked me in for a week later.

After getting the bulb replaced elsewhere it was all working fine so I tried to cancel my booking, 2nd member of staff rang me also advising my car had a recall for the break light connectors and should bring it in to check for corrosion.

Today after taking the day off work, arranging child care etc, I drive up to be told that this warranty for the brake light checks (that I never wanted in the 1st place) had expired in January 2022 and that the recall was for a system update that I never asked for.

Won't be back, complete shambles and after speaking to a service manager in Mallusk got nowhere other than an apology. After the time lost, days leave lost, petrol money lost I'm not sure an apology cuts it but suffice to say I won't return to Ballyrobert again
