I just wanted to take a moment to share my incredible experience with the store manager, Ray. Hands down, he provided the absolute best customer service we've ever received! From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a warm smile and made sure we felt welcomed. Not only did he go above and beyond to help with our needs, but his attention to detail and genuine care for making sure we were satisfied was unmatched.

Ray patiently answered all of our questions, offered insightful recommendations, and truly made us feel valued as customers. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door. I’ve rarely encountered such professionalism and kindness in retail, and I can confidently say that because of him, this store has earned our loyalty.

Highly recommend! As a new parent baby stuff is overwhelming and Ray helped us immensely.

Amazing place to find accessories for babies and toddlers. The display is very casual but very attractive. Customer service is always great. As grandparents, we always enjoy shopping there for our little ones.

Very poor customer service, received a defective Babylist exclusive Nuna stroller already have a couple of follow up emails on the next steps and no answer or eta. New parents expecting any day now and have this stress over looming over with no car seat or stroller is horrible customer experience. Likely going to have to double purchase somewhere else while this mess with customer service gets resolved. I would recommend not shopping with Babylist because the support infrastructure is simply not there.

Update : after posting a review I was contacted by management and issue was resolved shortly after.

My husband and I were pretty overwhelmed with our baby registry so we made the trek up from south Orange County to talk to professionals and narrow down our options. It was so worth the drive because we learned a TON and came to final decisions on some items. There aren’t really any stores out there where you can see the majority of your registry all in one spot, but Babylist was so smart to open this showroom where we can see this stuff in person.
Yoselin taught us so much about the baby carriers and was very very informative.
Give yourself a few hours here. It’ll be well worth it!

I would say my experience at baby list in Beverly Hills was a really good one. Everyone there is so very nice and helpful as well as quite knowledgeable so they can really help you answer questions that you may have or even questions you may not have even thought of while looking at products pricing. All seems fair and the process here seems really easy and intuitive to do so. I would definitely say alongside the selection they have which seems to cover everything a person would be looking for. Baby list is a great place to take a look at products, especially if you are looking at a registry for somebody or looking at products in general I would say to check them out It's a pretty cool spot with a wide range of value and variety as well as far as my opinion would go

Bad customer service. We walked in and were barely greeted by the associates. They asked if we were looking for something and we told them we were interested in looking at the Snoo and the Cradlewise. All they replied was to take the stairs or the elevator to go up to the second floor.

It didn’t really feel like we were welcome there. They never asked if we needed help with anything or if we had any questions while we were browsing.

Frankly it seemed like we were bothering them just being in the showroom because most of the associates were huddled at the front the entire time and weren’t acknowledging us.

We left feeling pretty disappointed considering my baby registry is with Babylist. I’m going to have to cancel my baby registry with them and go with another company based on the experience.

We placed an online order for a Osprey Poco LT. It took Babylist several weeks to mail the order and when the box finally arrived it was a Nuna carseat base. It literally showed a picture of the base on the box. Then it took several weeks to get anyone to respond via email about the exchange/return. They told us they were moving warehouses and that was the cause of the problem. They held our $250 for weeks and didn’t apologize for their error. Really poor customer service. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

I was in the market for a new high chair, so I was exited to finally see and feel the Stokke Trip Trap that I was eyeing online. A knowledgeable Babylist ambassador answered my questions and showed me other comparable products. I was able to confidently purchase the high chair I wanted through the Babylist app.
