Reg..V7NUE..Audio Venue Van dumped illegally behind my Business while I'm trading..no respect for other traders, it will affect my trade...thoughtless and ignorant.

In Response to your question..it was Dumped ( Left) illegally you know nothing about the 1978 highways Act which states Quote ( Vehicles are not allowed to be left unattended at any time in a substantial lay-by..it is not public parking to leave vehicles, it is a lay-by for car van drivers to rest, lorry drivers to have aTaco break and move on..I'm sure if someone affects your trade, you will be the first to complain..your quick to praise the good reviews, and even faster lambast the bad reviews, swallow a bit of pride and admit to yourself you are WRONG..

Saj sold my parents overkill systems they really didn’t need, plus when they both stopped working (which didn’t surprise me at ALL), he proceeded to quote them a ridiculous amount to fix!

I can’t help but feel he tried to take advantage due to their lack of technical knowledge. Luckily I was there to put a stop to it.

Whether this was down to poor instillation skills or bad products, or BOTH! It just isn’t justified for the money that was paid.

Many years ago I used to buy my Hi-Fi stuff from an outlet in Ealing called ‘Audio Concept ‘. There was a time though, quite a few years after buying my kit, that I needed to replace an amp fuse so I set off to Ealing to try and source one. Arriving, I saw that Audio Concept no longer existed but that there was a much nicer shop open there called ‘Audio Venue’.
When I walked into the shop for the first time and explained my purpose for being there, Saj, the gentleman who worked there, treated me like a valued customer, listened to me attentively and promptly gave me two fuses, all the while not even asking a single penny in return.
On leaving, pleased with my fuses, I resolved to visit the shop in future and buy from there whenever I needed any new kit. That was a great decision. I have since bought many items from the shop, each purchase providing a great opportunity to meet and chat with Saj, benefit from his knowledge and advice, and experience the great service which has always been the hallmark of Audio Venue.
The stock in Audio Venue and Range offered is second to none. For me, buying Amplifiers, a Dac, Streamers and Cables and auditioning loudspeakers, also purchased there, have all provided occasions to enjoy dealing with the shop and with Saj himself. It has always been a pleasure to shop there.
Audio Venue is a beautiful spacious place, a wonderful environment, easy to browse in, enquire in or buy there.
It is a pleasure to recommend Ealing’s Island of H-Fi treasure, though, without a doubt, anyone visiting for the first time would see that this great shop and its friendly Manager speaks for itself.

The 5⭐️ reviews are well deserved. The owner Saj is endlessly patient and concentrates in getting it right, not making a fast buck. He is also very well informed and experienced and has a phenomenal memory, remembering details of my installation after several years’ gap. The installer is equally good, takes his time and goes to great lengths to make everything attractive and neat. They’ve continued with after sales advice and service at no extra cost, including sending the installer round again to sort out a problem of my own making years after purchase.
