They have a great crew of people in there now. I can get the answers to my question and information about products and promotions. I appreciate being able to reach out whenever I have an issue arise. Kendall has been great to work with.

I just want to say that the store manager Chris is hands down the best! He made an unfortunate situation very pleasant. He did all he could to help me and I appreciate it so much.

This store is TERRIBLE. I had their service for 2 years and they would never go out of their way to help me. They told me i had to call the "1-800 NUMBER for help". They had no problem trying to sell me phones or add as many lines they could try to talk me into. I had to drive clear to spokane just to get help. To get the same help i could have got in "LEWISTON" According to the Spokane hub. After multiple trips to Spokane I had enough. This business practice should be shamed. GO ELSEWHERE for you cell phone service.

I unfortunately got a phone deal at Costco. They got me phones, but had little to no customer service. I came to the AT&T retail store in Lewiston and got wonderful costumer service from very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful folks. I give them my highest rating.

Thank you for helping us, but please you need to remove your air freshers. They are very overwhelming. I was sick when I left due to allergies. Others have allergies too. Thank you
