Had an amazing experience with Aspen sound, had purchased a pair of seat heaters for my 2015 ram 1500. I did not come with heated seats for factory. I intended on installing them myself, but just didn’t have the time to do it. So I had them do it for me; super quick turnaround, heated seats work flawlessly underneath my Vertex seat covers. Wife loves them too. Thanks again guys.

Took my son’s jeep in to repair/replace the back up camera that wasn’t working. Kobe got me in one weeks time and the camera was replaced and wiring that was frayed was fixed within a couple of hours. Great service all around and a great price.

Came in to schedule to have a backup camera installed in hubbies truck. They said they have time today. Awesome. Installed it in about an hour and half. The gentleman, I can't remember his name, showed hubby how to use it. Everyone there is very nice. A huge THANK YOU. Hubby is excited and completely satisfied.

Spent thousands here with 1 full sound system and remote start in one car and a sub/amp and remote start in the other.

First car blew every part they installed within a week. You don't install a $2k sound system to keep it below talking volume but because of their wiring that's all it took to blow a speaker. It took another shop 2 days and another $1k just to fix the mess of wires these guys left. it never blew another speaker after that. I was in your shop almost weekly letting you guys try to get it right....you never did.

The other car with sub/amp has always had a delay/echo on the sub, they said it's normal and tried to sell me more stuff they don't know how to install. It soundsterrible. Ever since they touched my car the battery is unreliable, I'm pretty sure yet again they got their wires crossed (excuse the pun) and the hardware they installed is constantly draining my battery. I've had to replace 8 batteries in a 2017 car because they don't know what they are doing. I'm going to have to pay hundreds more just to have someone fix this places mistakes. They also installed some headlights "brightest they have" are so dim now they look like my running lights and my car looks cross eyed because of the angle they were installed.

This store is a bunch of kids who have no idea what they are doing and have no issues using you expensive vehicles as test dummies. Go to spokane or find someone who knows what they are doing, this place will cause massive damage to your car. And to the owner/manager who will probably try to bring up the lifetime warranty on them....I've taken both cars back more times than I can count without a fix at what point do you admit incompetence and actually train your people on the products you sell?

Excellent service and fair all around. These guys go the extra mile. Super happy with their level of installation quality. They have a nice showroom with plenty of product to look at. Give these guys for your auto, boat or audio-anything needs.

What can I say except EXCELLENCE. I've been going to Aspen Sound since 2015 and added alot to my jeep. Sound, security, lights, auto start. They have fixed a few issues as well. By far the very best in Coeur d'Alene and surrounding area. Thanks to all that have put time making my Jeep look and sound absolutely perfect.

I just bought a car with a double dim stereo in it, but I couldn't get th Android Auto to work. So I decided to stop in at Aspen Sound to see if they could help me.

Kenny was very helpful, and answered all my questions. It turned out the problem was user error, and they didn't need to make any changes. However, the next time I need sound system help I know where to go!
