Beautiful store! It’s quite big, with a wide variety of products in there, tons of chairs, beds, sofas, side tables and everything in between. They really do have a beautiful assortment and there is also one area where you can see and feel all of their different materials and garments they use. Staff is very nice and hot tip: they have a few parking spots behind the store.

It's been about 3 years since we got the cigar sectional. For a $7+k item before tax, their 1 year warranty is a joke. Most reputable companies at least offer 5 years. Just recently the stitching on the sofa started unravelling and just getting bigger. And in over the short period of time the couch just sinks when sitting and makes it uncomfortable. Looks great, but the quality is is subpar. Ikea would be better article sofas.

Do not buy products from this unsustainable company. Our cabinet was purchased in December 2023 and just a little after one year the glass shattered on its own. Article says no replacements after the warranty period and no spare doors can be purchased. I guess they just want this entire piece of furniture in the trash?

Decent selection, reasonable prices. Good customer service and parking. Have not bought here yet. They said they are figuring out their showroom/warehouse situation in order to stock more items. I asked about lighting and they didn't seem to know about their stock due to ambivalence in their current showroom/warehouse/online order situation. It is a good showroom. Worth checking out. East Hastings, kinda on the border of where it starts to get really East Hastings. Worth checking out. Prices are a little better than say West Elm.

Finally, I was able to see Article's furniture in person, which is a game changer. The pieces I thought I liked didn’t quite fit our space, but I discovered others I wouldn’t have considered otherwise. However, I was a bit disappointed by the size of the showroom—they only carry a few of their items, and some of the pieces I wanted to see weren’t available, like the entire Lenia collection. I wish the space were bigger, maybe expanding upstairs to showcase more. It would definitely help give a better sense of what’s available online.

This is a rating regarding the product not the store itself. We bought 2 items from Article, and both of their quality is really a let down given the price they charge. They did offer free exchanges for the defected products, but honestly these branded drop shipping companies need to have better quality control.

We visited the store from the US to validate we wanted to bite the bullet and get a couch from an online store. Indu greeted us as we entered. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and completely pressure free! She knew we were from the US and knew we wouldn’t be ordering that day but yet still gave us all the attention we desired. She gave us some leather swatches for the couches we were interested in to color compare are home.
