This place is phenomenal. We went all over the city to over 7 different appliance sale places, and finally made it to Appliance Outlet. We really did save the best for last. For starters, the selection is amazing. So many more units than anywhere else we saw in the city. The prices are reasonable, and the sales are even better. They have a few refurbished, but mostly either scratch and dent or new stock. You'd be surprised how many places in the city said they had scratch and dent and then actually had NONE, only refurbished!! So right off the bat seeing that Appliance Outlet had several dozen was refreshing. As well as having some new stock mixed in! It was nice to compare and have so many options!

The sales people here are so great. Right off the bat we had Brano offer to answer some of our questions. When we left to think about what to buy, we called with more questions and got Ryan who was so kind on the phone. When we came back, Jake was the one to pick up where we left off and finish our sale for us. He never rushed us or pushed us to make fast choices. Jake was very considerate of our budget needs and we ended up with 5 appliances and making a deal with him we were comfortable and happy with. He was really our super star today and we appreciate you so much Jake! Please give this man a raise, he made this experience so great for us!

When we first found out we needed 5 appliances and FAST and on a tight budget we were stressed and panicked, but everyone here made us feel at ease! Never once did we feel pressured to buy anything specific, we were left to browse at our leisure, and the guys all answered our questions kindly and considerately. They said they don't work on commission, which makes this business that much better to be honest. Less pressure on them means less pressure on us, and I will always support companies that make me feel like I am given space to breathe and make thought out choices that are right for my family.

Thank you very much team, and we look forward to getting the new appliances at the end of the month when we get our new place! I would and will be absolutely recommending you to anyone and everyone!

Great appliance service so far! Just bought a fridge today since ours died two days ago, and Sean was super helpful and friendly. Got a perfect fridge for our space at a great discount because we bought scratch and dent and they still beat other stores prices in that category as well. Never felt pressured to buy anything else or change what I came looking for, was shown options fitting my budget and space and found a great option for our replacement! Still have to wait for delivery but looking forward to having it in our space and with the one year warranty we don’t have to worry about it breaking in the first year while on a budget. So far very pleased with this company! 10/10 would recommend.

First the good stuff: the sales department was awesome, I dealt with both Ryan and Shawn and they were both fantastic. I got a great deal on a fridge, and overall I love it. The delivery people were also great, very friendly and efficient. No complaints there, 10/10 would recommend.
This would have easily been a 5 star review, but communication from the service department leaves something to be desired. The new fridge had a weird smell, like weird even for a new appliance. The smell was (and still is a bit) sickly sweet, which is how the smell of coolant is often described (so I discovered after looking it up the night after it was delivered). I called the service department the next morning, just to double check that this was normal and it couldn’t be coolant. Nobody called back, so I tried the sales department near the end of the day and they transferred me back to service. I spoke to a woman who asked me to wipe it down with vinegar, unplug it and leave the doors open for the night then plug it in the next day, and check the smell again after an hour and said she would call back the next day at 1pm if they didn’t hear from me by then. I did so, called back the following morning after opening hours and left a voicemail. The woman called me back at 1pm, claiming that she got no message. I let her know that the smell has lessened, but wasn’t gone and reiterated that I just wanted to ensure it isn’t coolant since it smells so sweet. She asked me if it smelled like burning wire, and I reiterated that it smells more like someone had 200 vanilla air fresheners in there. She seemed surprised by this despite the fact that I had already described it multiple times. She then said she would need to ask someone and would once again give me a call back. That was 2 days ago and I still haven’t heard from anyone. If it had been a coolant leak that isn’t a great amount of time to wait for a resolution. A 5 minute call with a service tech probably could have solved this problem. At this point I’m sure enough that this is just the new fridge smell of this model, but I can’t imagine the service should something more serious actually happen.

Shawn and the rest of the sales staff at The Appliance Outlet were amazing to work with. I had some dents in the fridge I purchased that we didn’t see when I picked it out. Shawn was super helpful in finding me a replacement. Top drawer service!
