I’ve been a big fan of Andar products for a while now, so I was thrilled on a recent trip to have the chance to visit the showroom. Such a fun experience to check out all of the items, sizes, textures & colors in person. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. A must for any Andar fan!

Andar started out as one of my favorite local Arizona brands and quickly grew to one of my favorite brands, hands down. The quality of their product is unmatched, and their attention to detail does not go unnoticed. I have about ten items that I have purchased for myself, and I have started to buy for my friends and family. Andar has been one of my staples for the past three years and I cannot recommend them enough! My first Denner wallet from years ago still looks brand new because of the high quality leather they use! I’ve spent well over $1,500 with this company. Recently this company has been having large quality control issues, thus causing me to process several exchanges. Andar informed me they will no longer offer exchanges since I’ve processed several before, however they will still accept returns at the expense of the customer. Therefore I am forced to either keep a damaged item or pay the return fee to return it. Their website states to reach out for damages which I’ve done (see attached photo). I’ve informed them I’ll need to process a chargeback for the most recent damaged order if they can’t accept the damaged items without the customer paying to do so. They’ve threatened to “ban” me if I do so, which is a bullying tactic. I wrote feedback on the Andar Facebook asking if other customers are experiencing quality control issues as well and they blocked me from the group.

The damaged items in question are from Order 687797 on October 29, 2024.
1. Western Denner
2. Black Denner
3. Black chapstick holder
Total: $138.30

I also have credit in the following amounts with this company I cannot use if I am “banned”:
1. Gift card in the amount of $15.48
2. Reward amount of $50 due to spending over $1,500 with the company.

Grand Total: $203.78

I’ve included a few extra photos from other damaged orders to demonstrate this is a recurring theme.

Andar has the best leather products and is such a great local business. Love being able to visit their showroom and see all their amazing products in person. Everyone there is so nice and accommodating! I always end up staying longer than planned looking at the product and having great convos. It’s also always a stop when my mom is in town. Added bonus is being able to grab products right as they drop. Must visit if you are a local or in town looking for something to do

Best leather products I’ve ever had!! I’ve used their Addison backpack for 3 years and it stills looks new. The quality is unmatched!!! Recently got a few more items - the Page bag, the Tatum crossbody, lap top case and the Denner wallet - they are all amazing. The customer service has always been top notch as well. Their new showroom is beautiful - everything is displayed nicely, it’s easy to check everything out and compare colors. Can you tell I’m a fan?! I can only think of one bad thing to say… and that’s that they might have ruined all other leather goods for me! 😉

I've been to the showroom twice now and both times I've left impressed (and wanting to buy more!). They are super helpful at the front desk as well. I picked up a Lo Wallet last November at the showroom and just picked up a new Tatum bag today that I bought during their Warehouse Sale.

Andar sells quality pieces that are very budget friendly and are so practical as a mom of little ones! I own a Penny Black Woven Bag, a black Lo Wallet, a Blush Denner Wallet, and now a Taupe Togo Tatum Bag. I've been buying from Andar for about a year now and will definitely be back for more 🙂

I cannot express how disappointed I am. I bought a leather watch band that cracked within two weeks. The store would not refund me.

As for the iPhone case, it left residue on my MagSafe stand. Customer service was not terribly helpful.
