We shopped around A LOT before committing to All Floors. So trust me when I say, I already did the research for you. This is where you want to get your flooring from. We got carpet on our stairs and LVP on two levels and we are very happy with the results.

Sales -- Dave Larsen really made us feel valued as customers. We appreciated his authenticity and transparency from the start (no pushy salesman here). Out of all the quotes we got he was the only one who got the number of custom vents right. Seems like a small detail, but it showed us that he took the job seriously. He was very accessible and provided answers to questions in a timely manner. (At other stores, we found trying to get a hold of the estimators was a bit of a run around, so appreciated the direct contact here). Dave followed up afterwards to make sure we were happy, and of course we were!

Install -- Tony was our installer and he did impeccable work. He was professional, friendly and had great attention to detail without compromising efficiency. He also cleaned up as he went which really felt respectful to our home.

Thanks All Floors for giving our home a much needed upgrade!

Doug (owner), Nate (estimator), and John (installer) were all phenomenal to work with. Incredibly happy with everything. I highly recommend working with them! And only one day to install carpet in a basement with stairs. These guys do it right.

Dave has been wonderful to work with. They are installing the tile (through my contractor) for my kitchen and bathroom reno and I ordered my full house LVP and carpet from the them as well. Every interaction with both Dave and the installers have been positive. Very helpful and willing to take the time to go over the little details that I didn’t even think off. High quality workmanship. Highly recommend.

One of the most impressive showrooms I have ever been in, Dave took the time to be very one on one with me in regards to my needs and expectations of the condo I am renovating. When we had a snaffu with the product I chose because of it's factory issues, he helped me select a superior product and sold it to me at the same price. Will definitely be using again in the future. Installation team went above and beyond.

My name is Doug Moore Auburn Bay SE Calgary- I recently purchased vinyl plank flooring via All Floors for my home. I was told by many flooring companies that the product I wanted could not be had, well All floors got it. Took 4 months but they got it!! I met with Michelle as to when job could be done. A contractor showed up 3 days later, his name Kyle. This man is an artist at laying a floor. Wonderful job all around. Cannot say enough about All Floors. Thank You Mack, Michelle and Kyle.

Great customer service and after-sales experience. Dave L. helped with carpets for our home and made it a very pleasant experience all through. From measuring the floors to selecting carpets, he worked tirelessly to ensure we got great quality products that fit our budget. We never felt any sales pressure.

There were some minor post-installation issues, but he made accommodations to ensure our customer satisfaction. We will definitely be using them again in the future!
