Bad customer service at the beginning, but have definitely improved over time. (See improvement below.) We called in September of 2023 due to water leaking from the upstairs master bathroom down to the room underneath. We found black mold everywhere. They came and completely took apart our bathroom and bedroom in 2 weeks, which was good. But then they didn't complete the remodel for 6 MORE MONTHS. We didn't sign a completion until March 2024. The guy in charge of the demolition, Lucas, lied to us many times. He said he had called our insurance agent to work out details, but then our insurance agent called us saying he couldn't get a hold of Lucas, the demolition guy. The pictures below show how it looked after they tried to treat the mold. I had to get after them to clean up ALL the mold.

The price was expensive, even though insurance covered most of it. Our insurance agent said they were one of the more expensive companies that he's had to deal with. I went with Advanced cleaning and restoration because their reviews looked good, but, boy, were they wrong. Steven and Ishmael were nice to work with for the remodel, but they, too, were a little slow. Something always seemed to come up for why things were delayed. Nolan was over the remodel and he wasn't great at planning ahead or checking to see how things were going. We had to call HIM if we wanted to see things get done, like getting glass around our shower. They were always begging for a positive review. The awesome thing they did do for us, to try to make things right, is they cleaned our carpets where they walked, and even got a few tough stains out of our carpet that were there before they came. If you want things done in a timely manner, better pricing, and honest, good customer service, go with SOMEONE ELSE.
I did talk to Aeshee (sp?) afterward, and she gave me back my deductible and 15% off the remainder of our bill to try to make things right.
8 months later - Our bathroom pipe froze. I called Lucas to see if maybe they forgot to put insulation in. He got right on it, sent out a plumber, and within 1 hour, everything was taken care of. Lucas was great to work with. They seem like they have improved their customer service a lot. I would recommend them now to anyone.

Advance Cleaning & Restoration was great to work with as a first time home buyer and knowing nothing they answered all of our questions spent time talking through the process. Was super friendly and wanted to make sure that you knew your options and they were able to best assist you in completing the job. They were also great with giving good referrals for other things we need to have assistance with. Overall they were great!

Nolan and Joe were great to work with. They were very articulate and the work was very well done. They were extremely accommodating and kind under very stressful circumstances. They were especially helpful in working with the insurance and explaining all the hoops and red tape involved. Nolan and Joe make a great team. When it was all done there was line by line detail accounts of costs and credits and they did a final walk through with me to assure i was happy with all the work and to make sure nothing got overlooked. Joe was creative in his problem solving, creating work arounds to accommodate my personal requests and still make things look good. It turned out beautifully. Nolan cranked the numbers and kept track of every detail. He had good explanations of every cost and the bottom line. I highly recommend Advanced Cleaning and they will be my first call for any of my repair needs going forward.

Michelle and Nolan came out immediately. I was impressed with how knowledgeable, not only Michelle and Nolan were but also the team she sent out the next day. After waiting a month for another company, Advanced Cleaning and Restoration began the work immediately and are making it possible for me to stay in my home as long as possible. These guys worked hard to replumb my house. From a plugged sink to new water lines, drain lines, water softener and water heater. Christian, Aaron, Elijah, Hayden, Kaden, Cash, Nester, and Conrad, did a great job with installing all of this.They even took the time to fix a few little extras like some ducting in the crawl space that had fallen down. They were very friendly, courteous and cleaned up afterwards, even patched back up a wall that had to be cut into for plumbing access. I love my new water system and it all works so smoothly. I'm very appreciative of the work and the small thoughtful touches they've added here and there. There's still a couple things like patching up the yard later in the spring, where they replaced pipe, and plumbing in the dishwasher to finish, but I trust it will be done to my satisfaction.They're a great crew and I would recommend them and will continue to call on them in the future. Arrived quickly to check out the damage when our shower line broke in the wall.
Did an amazing job getting the line replaced, wall repaired and drying out the crawlspace so we could get back to normal life.
