Boy, was this place a giant disappointment. I asked the salesman to come to my house as I was concerned about fit. I bought what he recommended. I paid in April but no range until October! And, it is not the same size as the old range so there is an empty space all around the stove, and, four months later, no help to modify the stove to complete the installation to meet dimensions of the former range. (Same brand Both were same brand.) Food spills and goes down the space,
It looks awful in what was once a beautiful custom kitchen.

The salesman arranged for a stone company to come cut the granite back by 2 inches and, as you see, there is now a large empty space.
Unfortunately, I paid in April so it was so easy for them to ignore me.

ADU Annapolis has not proved to be the optimal appliance shopping experience. A home renovation required a new suite of kitchen appliances, minus a cooktop sourced elsewhere. After a great deal of independent research, a suite of good Bosch appliances was selected. Just after the appliances were purchased, I discerned on my own that a Bosch rebate was available. The offer amounted to a very meaningful $400, and it's troubling that the ADU rep failed to alert me to its availability, especially as that offer was set to expire not long after I found it (I'm sure it was replaced with another offer as appliance rebates are common, but what I believe is key and can't be changed is the purchase date in order to qualify for any particular offer).

As to the appliances, the pricey Bosch microwave/speed oven needed to be entirely replaced as the first didn't work, while the right stainless door of the refrigerator has two dings that are noticeable from certain angles along with a slightly nicked compartment handle. Two efforts so far to replace the door, each of which required an ADU service call, again yielded flawed products right from the box, and one effort, contemporaneous with the door service call, to replace the handle yielded the wrong size handle.

It is a significant time, resource, and money sink for us to wait (repeatedly) on ADU's repair services. But neither ADU nor Bosch will offer any recompense, with the ADU rep telling us "Bosch is not offering any monetary compensation for the handle; they would like the opportunity to repair and provide you with a top-quality refrigerator." Bosch and ADU had that opportunity the first time but failed, and then failed and failed again. Like in baseball, three strikes and you're out. Especially to the extent that one values one's time and attributes value to that time, these unsatisfactory experiences represent a cautionary tale with respect to doing business with ADU or Bosch.

I was facing an appliance emergency! My washing machine had bitten the dust, and my dryer wasn’t far behind. I needed to replace both…and quick! I knew what brands I didn’t want to purchase. Outstanding service!!!

I went into the showroom looking for a replacement dishwasher, as most big box and chain stores were out of the models I was looking for. Rob took the time to listen what I was looking for, then followed up in a timely manner with options that were in stock. The prices were the same or better than the pricing I had seen elsewhere on units that would take months to be delivered. Never once did I feel less important than other buyers purchasing an entire suite of appliances, nor was I ever pressured to buy a more expensive model.

Scheduling delivery was a breeze and the delivery team was very professional and friendly. I was installing it myself, and ran into an atypical problem with installation. I reached out to Rob, and he tried to coordinate a installer to help me out, but their team was booked weeks out. Rob offered to come by and take a look, as he had started his career installing appliances. He came to my house, on his day off, to help me solve my dilemma. While he said he was curious about the install issue, I was having, I feel that serving and helping his customers is just in his nature. In the end, he help me solve the issue, and made sure everything seemed correct before leaving.

ADU has made me a customer who will gladly return, and will happily refer friends and family, as my experience was exceptional.
