Heritage put in a full bathroom in my basement, and they did a great job. Working with Garrett was easy and straightforward, I told him things I wanted for my bathroom and he had some good suggestions which I took. From start to finish they were respectful of my house and kept in contact with me throughout the project. I text the tile, vanity, light fixture, and told him the type of doors and molding I wanted to him, and he took care of the rest. The subcontractors they used for mudding, painting, plumbing, and tile were fast and did a great professional job. The plumber was able to match my bath tub and faucets with my other bathrooms. The whole project turned out looking outstanding.

We used Heritage Homes and Fireplaces for the gas fireplace in our new home. We knew we wanted a nicer fireplace than the standard builder grade and felt that Heritage had great options with fair prices. Jake made sure the entire process from selection to install went completely smooth. We have now gone through one winter season with our new fireplace and we LOVE IT!

I bought my Pellet Stove from Heritage in 2015 It was our only heat source for 5 years. Very Reliable. We recently built a new home and had Heritage take our stove and clean it up service it paint it get it looking like new and install in our new home. It was so nice working with Jake at Heritage he made the whole process easy. His installers are AWESOME. Heritage had my stove looking like new, they had to cut out drywall to find their pipe and they did such a professional job returning the cut sheetrock around the pipe. I was so impressed. That is why I will always use Heritage. Great Service Great Product Awesome People!

Heritage Fireplace has very poor customer service and have not backed their product. When we opened the box for our screen, we could see the screen was defective. We called Jake right away (February) and let him know, he said he would get back with us and get it replaced. We are now into July and Jake does not return our calls and does not respond to texts. We have a defective product and zero help from Jake at Heritage Fireplace.

We had Heritage Homes finish our basement and they have done an awesome job. Jake has been amazing to work with and has always been available when we have questions. All of their workers have been courteous and hard workers and show up when they are supposed to. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any project.

It had been a couple of years since I have my two pellet stoves serviced. Their technician Brady did an amazing job to get both units in great working order for the winter. Kind, thorough, spent the whole day to assure the project was done right. At first, I was skeptical at their price increases but it was totally worth it. Again have Brady do your service- Awesome!!!

I ordered a complete door assembly a few years ago. I just got around to opening the box, as I was finally home from working out-of-state long enough to get it installed. What I got instead was a door frame with the door gasket. No glass, no handle, no glass clips, no glass gasket. Nothing even close to a complete door assembly. Now I have to go hunt down all those parts as it's been so long. I should have opened the box to check a long time ago, I admit, but I trusted the company had sent me what I ordered.
