I'm extremely disappointed and upset with the service we received at adddress today. My child and I were browsing the store when she accidentally touched a mirror with her fingers. The employee, who I assume was the manager, approached us and scolded my child in a harsh and condescending tone. He made her feel so ashamed and embarrassed that she started crying.

As a parent, it's heartbreaking to see your child treated this way, especially when it was an honest mistake. The employee's behavior was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. He could have politely asked us to be more careful or offered to clean the mirror, but instead, he chose to belittle and humiliate my child.

I will never set foot in this store again and will make sure to share our terrible experience with friends and family. No business deserves customers if they can't treat them with respect and kindness, especially when it comes to children.

Ohh I love this edgy shop. The staff (the owner and a tall guy with a lovely voice) are super friendly and helpful! I came to the shop with no expectations and left with an awesome coat, unique jacket, comfortable trousers and a cool mesh dress!
Honestly, this is a place if you are looking for clothes that make you feel unique and edgy.

Toller Laden. Habe da schon so viele schöne Sachen gefunden. Kann jedem nur empfehlen dort mal vorbeizuschauen. Fühle mich immer gut beraten. Von den Angestellten aber auch von der Inhaberin und ihrem Partner. Sehr nette Leute. Auch das Konzept mit der Live DJ-Musik finde ich genial. Da macht der Einkauf noch mehr Spaß ?

So sad that this situation still happens where you can not browse a shop without feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome by the employee there. Left the shop even though I wanted to buy a coat, but being treated like that is just not ok.
