Ordered white roses for my wife on our anniversary. She absolutely loves them. A beautiful bouquet, exactly what was represented, the lady that delivered the flowers was very personable.

Not very professional. Ordered an important bouquet to be delivered today. Ordered at 10:43. Called at 12:20 to check when delivery would be. As it was being delivered to the recipients work. The person I spoke to assured me it would be delivered in an hour or two and was being prepped. They said it would make it. May not sound like a big deal, but I paid for delivery. Called to unsure the delivery. As it was a special, and important delivery. All for it to be delivered after the fact. No one answers the phone. My husband had to deliver them. Even tho we paid for delivery. I understand running a business. However, I don’t like being lied to. And paying for something they don’t hold their end of the deal. They said they would like to make it right. I called no answer again. And left my facebook message on read. Super unprofessional.

My spouse ordered me flowers for Valentine's Day. I get it's a busy day and my spouse ordered them for delivery on Feb 13th because of how busy florists are on the 14th. I love getting flowers but half of them were delivered already dying! For the price you pay that's crazy! The small clusters of roses and one of the 2 lilies are dead! I love that I got flowers delivered I'm just disappointed the florists thought sending already wilted dying flowers was acceptable.

I went in there 10/8/24 for the absolute last minute bouquet 💐 one gal asked me my colors and went immediately to throw them together. Even made us a matching boutonniere. Another gal helped ring us up and sold us amazing truffles. Thank you 😊 my secret last minute marriage was absolutely beautiful and yall help me. Thank you!!!

Edit: Update to review- I chose not to take this arrangement in since it was already dead and had been thrown away at the time the business offered that, but I do appreciate that they stand by their product and were willing to make it right. Increasing rating to reflect business response & arrangement design even though it didn’t hold up for me.

Original Review: My husband purchased a stunning arrangement for me for Valentine’s Day. The bouquet itself was gorgeous, but some of the roses were already browning. It didn’t even last 3 days before most of it was dead despite water changes. It would have been beautiful if it had held up at all… but with such poor longevity it isn’t worth over $100. My usual grocery store flowers last for weeks, and I’ve never had this problem with any other flowers from shops before. Extremely disappointing- this was absolutely perfect in terms of design, the quality and time to make sure it was still holding up just wasn’t there.

Revised Review 16 May 2023: I was contacted Monday afternoon by the florist about my posted concerns and they offered to make it right. They apologized for the original order without excuses or trying to rationalize. They sent someone to my mom's residence to pick up the original flowers up and refresh them. What a difference! After the flowers were refreshed, my mom called me to say she thought they were very beautiful. I appreciate Absolutely Flowers resolving the issue in 24 hours and for contacting me and listening to my concerns. I've changed my rating to an overall 4 as a result and I will give them another opportunity when I send flowers for a birthday coming up. Thank you for fixing the flowers and making my mom feel special. The last 2 pictures in the group are the refreshed version and they are actually nicer looking than the arrangement from their website. I understand lapses can sometimes happen, but it's nice to have a responsive company actually listen to customer concerns and work to resolve them.

Original Review 14 May 2023: Extremely disappointed with the lack of quality and attention to detail. I always go direct with local florists when buying flowers for my Mom after being burned a few times by teleflorists or 1-800 Flowers. I live in South Texas and couldn't get flowers from my usual local florist (Canyon Floral) who have never let me down. They were already maxed out for orders and delivery otherwise, I wouldn't be typing up this review. The pictures with the water bottle next to it are what was delivered and the last picture is what is presented on Absolutely Flowers' website and what the arrangement should have closely resembled. The arrangement I ordered was called Pretty Please and what was delivered was Pretty Disappointing. For $75, I expected more than just a handful of daises stuffed into a vase and a ribbon thrown onto the vase as an afterthought. I've seen better arrangements at the grocery store. The two pictures don't look anything like what was advertised. I have flowers delivered to my mom about 4 times a year and she always gushes over what Canyon Floral arranges for her. They are always professionally done and wonderfully arranged. I will never trust Absolutely Flowers with another order again, and I highly recommend you look to another florist, especially if you are having flowers delivered and can't see them first. Pretty sad.
