Bought two items from ABI for our kitchen/dining renovation at the end of 2023. Door handles for our pocket sliding doors which have a lovely finish and our beautiful kitchen pull out tap. I’m really pleased we went for this in the end. Very high quality. Delivery was very prompt. The only criticism I have for the tap is that we bought the spray end attachment which was separate, wish this could be an option to be part of the tap as it seems a waste - we had to take off the original end which now doesn’t have a use. & the attachment was an extra cost. But overall good experience with good customer service.

Bought a lot of the brushed brass items for my bathroom and a couple of door stops for around the house. The quality is great and the girls were super friendly and amazingly helpful in putting together my order for me. When it came to installation nothing was missing, had all the correct valves and aerators etc. I changed my mind on a couple of items, and the sales team were extremely helpful in arranging a return and exchange with a couple of days turnaround. Really impressed!
