We had no idea where to start, but Amber was absolutely fantastic and helped us from start to finish! She walked us through the fixtures we’d need, as well as options to add that little extra style, all while staying within a comfortable budget! She was extremely communicative along the way, and went there extra mile to push the process if there were any issues (supply chain can be tricky right now). Would absolutely recommend if you’re looking for a quality remodel!

I do not know how this place makes any sales. I walked in around winter holidays time. The team was busy making garlands out of toilet paper and glitter and offered minimal assistance. After my visit I emailed one of the reps (Alicia) for a quote. Got no response. Two months later I sent another email, this time intending to place an order. Did not receive a response either. After a few days of waiting I walked into the store again. I spoke to lovely Victoria, who was busy browsing Sephora website at the reception desk. She explained that Alicia was out and that she will be able to pass my inquiry to another rep if I emailed it to her. I forwarded my email with order information to Victoria. Crickets.

I cannot believe this interaction with a business was for real. If you value your time, look elsewhere.

Abbrio has gorgeous kitchen and bath products to choose from and so just on this I would refer people to go to this amazing store!! But that is not all I wanted to say about Abbrio! Their customer service is above and beyond! Garth is who we worked with and 6 years later I was having a problem with a couple of the items we purchased and he took weeks to track the pieces down and then sent them to us AT NO CHARGE!!!! Unreal!!!! Standing behind their products too!! Amazing integrity and ethics!! WOW! So impressed with them on all levels! Avoid this place unless you want the worst customer service. Ordered a simple sink and faucet only for it to take months and never be communicated. Delayed install on sink and counter tops because employees don’t communicate after you purchase. Took payment info over phone and charged for overpriced amenities wo my consent. Rather email you than call you back. You will get better quality and customer service by using Amazon or local Home Depot.
