Very pleasant experience. I had 5 rooms and closets carpeted. The price was very fair. The guy Adam came out to measure. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Signing off on the order was super easy. Then the carpet was delivered exactly onetime. Next the installers showed up bright and early. Their names were Rob and Steve. Very good guys. They were super helpful and friendly. Got right to work. They had all the proper tools and treated my installation like it mattered. Overall it was the easiest part of my remodel. Thank you Abby Flooring!!

Abbey Flooring and Design located in Prescott, AZ were willing to drive 1-1/2 hours to Seligman, AZ to bring out samples & took measurements for new carpet which consisted of living room & three bedrooms. Adam was very thorough and explained things that helped us make a great decision. Estimate accepted, Paid half for deposit, material ordered then install happened in a timely manner. Jon and his assistant arrived about 9:00 in the morning and finished the job by 4:30. Hard workers and did an excellent job. Balance Paid after install. We're totally pleased with the results and would highly recommend Abbey Flooring. Great people to work with. Love, love our new carpet.

I had a wonderful consultation this morning with Deb and Peggy. They were very friendly and very patient with all my tedious questions I asked. They were also very considerate of my tight budget that I would need to work in. I will write another review once the job is completed but so far, I am very please with the customer service, and genuine patience and care I have been shown. Thank you Abbey Flooring!

Prescott Abbey Flooring went above & beyond. They made me feel as if I was always their first priority. They took the time to help me pick out the perfect backsplash for my kitchen. It really makes a statement in our kitchen. They came out & measured the area we wanted tiled. Received the estimate via email. They got back to me in a timely manner. I felt like I was family! The crew that did the tile work did an excellent job & cleaned up after themselves! Best experience I’ve ever had! Thank you Prescott Abbey Flooring for an A+ job!! We will be returning for our next project!!

We had extensive concrete heaving and cracks on a property we were looking to sell on a short timeline. We had used this company before on our primary residence with excellent results. So I called them up to see if they could help. They literally saved us with their advice, quality of work and timeliness on the leveling. Then their carpet installer, Joe Kelly was amazing, working late into the night, then early in the morning to get it done before our sales pictures the next day. He was personable and efficient.
