We had all of our vinyl windows and a French Door replaced by A Touch of Glass in August of 2023. The windows came in sooner than expected. The installation is beautiful. Bill, their installer was an absolute perfectionist in his work and was very accommodating. Derrick, the owner was kind and helpful. We are very pleased with our new windows and door and with the whole process! We highly recommend A Touch of Glass.

Maybe it’s just not a good time to order windows. It took 5 months to get what I was told would take a few weeks. I even ordered the more expensive window because I was told it was the quickest option. Besides that the install looks great and the installer was very professional. I just feel like I was mislead from the beginning as far as time was concerned and definitely would have gone elsewhere if I had known it would take so long. I called to state my complaint and was told it was the manufacturer’s fault. Even if someone would have called to let me know what was happening I would feel better about this transaction today. That didn’t happen though. I called two days after it was supposed to be installed and I was told the install date I was given when I paid the first half of the bill was actually the “shipping date”. Lol.

Contacted to inquire about receiving an estimate for glass replacement for a shattered window. The person who answered the phone informed us that they were not taking additional jobs right now, so they could get caught back up with work. They also told us to call back in a few weeks, and then quickly hung-up on us. The entire interaction was unprofessional at best. Will not be contacting again.

Not sure where to begin. Phone calls, emails not returned in a timely manner or not at all. Quality of work was poor. The caulking on the glass was very poor. They made no effort to clean up the glass after their installation. I refused to accept product the first time. The second time I went to pick up the glass, I threw up my hands and gave up on trying to get a quality repair. I had already pre-paid or I would have refused to pay them until it was done right. We will not call this company for any of our rental glass repairs again. We will also let the Property Management company know NOT to call Touch of Glass out to any of our rentals. I will also not use this company for my contract work again.

We just had our windows replaced by these folks and they did an excellent job. Five windows were replaced and they look amazing! Two guys took two days to do the job, and they were professional and polite the entire time. They even informed us of some water damage to our home from a gutter leak that we were unaware of. We have ordered individual panes (that we replaced ourselves) from them in the past and got exactly what we ordered, quickly. I have recommended them to several people already and will continue to do so!
